Rules: ARTIST CALL FOR ENTRIES
Who can apply? Anyone who has ever attended any session of a Men’s Naked Drawing Meetup group (NYC, Austin, Inland Empire, Phoenix, San Francisco), including our Palm Springs retreats (2017, 2018) and the pop up sessions on May 17, 2017 in Los Angeles! Everyone who submits is guaranteed a spot in the show!
What artwork can I submit? Any stick figure, doodle, sketch, drawing or painting substantially done at any session of Men’s Naked Drawing before May 15, 2019. (Note: NO frames, NO mats, just the artwork, which will be hung with tape on the back)
How many pieces can I submit? Minimum 1, maximum 20
When is the deadline to apply? DEADLINE EXTENDED TO May 15, 2019. See schedule below.
How much does it cost to apply and participate? $0, ZERO, nada, FREE.

Do all participating artists get in free to the Thursday private reception? No. The private reception will be open to Supporting Members, but we’ll try to figure out a way to accommodate artists. We’re still working on creating the Supporting Member membership site. Please check back.s

DEADLINES and SCHEDULE (subject to change):
March 28, 2019: APPLICATIONS OPEN! READ THE INSTRUCTIONS NOW! There are a few easy steps, but don’t wait until the last minute!
May 15, 2019 (WED): EXTENDED APPLICATION DEADLINE. Upload JPG images of artwork that you want to put into the show.
July 1, 2019 (MON): ACCEPTANCE EMAIL. You will get an email from from the Judging Committee on which pieces were selected for the show.
August 1, 2019 (THU): DELIVERY DEADLINE. Original artwork selected for the show must be received in New York City, address to be determined (TBD). Allow enough time for shipping. For NYC members, we will have additional drop-off dates and locations. For non-NYC members, you can ship individually, or as a group from your city. Talk to your local organizer (Inland Empire - Jack, Phoenix - Vaughan, Austin - TBD, San Francisco - TBD). Shipping and insurance costs to and from NYC are the responsibility of the members.
Looking for NYC couch-surfing hosts. If you are able to provide free or inexpensive accommodations for members of our other chapters coming in for the exhibit, please let Shungaboy know!
